Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp

Preparation method
- Fill about 1 inch of oil in a small pan. Heat in medium until hot
- Deep fry potatoes until they are soft (and not crispy)
- Take potatoes out of oil and let the oil drain
