Ingredients
Potatoes - 2 nos
Onion - 1 nos (fineley chopped)
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Tamarind paste - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil
Preparation Method
- Pressure cook potato for 2 whistles. Take it out and mash to cubes with hand
- Heat oil and fry the onions for until translucent
- Add the tamarind juice, salt and chilli powder. Cook for 5 minutes in medium heat
- Add the cooked and cubed potatoes. Add more water if required for gravy
- Boil until gravy thickens
