Masala Egg Bhurji

Ingredients
Eggs - 8 nos
Milk - 1/4 cup


Onion - 1 no (finely chopped)
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 5-6 nos
Green chili - 4-5 (finely chopped)
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp


Oil
Salt


Preparation method
  • Beat the eggs, milk and salt (as required) together. Set aside
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, curry leaves and green chili. Fry until translucent
  • Add Ginger and garglic paste
  • Fry until onions are light brown
  • Add garam masala, cumin powder and corriander powder. Fry for 1-2 minutes in low heat
  • Add egg mixture and keep stirring until fully done
  • Garnish with finely chopped corriander leaves
