Ingredients
Paneer - 350 g (finley grated)
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green chillies - 3-4 nos
Onion - 2 nos
Tomato - 2 no
Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Meat masala - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Oil
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Preparation method
Paneer - 350 g (finley grated)

Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Preparation method
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry cumin seeds
- Add chopped onions and chilies. Fry until onions are translucent
- Add ginger and garlic paste. Fry until onion is light brown
- Tomatoes and fry until mushy
- Add turmeric powder, meat masala, garam masala powder, corriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Fry until oil separates
- Add grated paneer and fry until the paneer mixes well with the masala
- Garnish with chopped coriander
