Ingredients
Chole - 2 cups pre-soaked (1 cup soaked in water overnight)
Paneer - 250 g
Big Onions - 3 nos (chopped)Tomatoes - 2 nos
Ginger paste - 1 1/2 tbspGarlic paste - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprigOil
Salt
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Preparation method

Preparation method
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add onions and turmeric powder. Fry onions until golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and fry until they are mushy
- Take off heat and allow to cool down. Grind the onion to a paste
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry paneer cubes
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter
- Add cumin seeds and curry leaves and fry for a few seconds
- Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for a minute
- Add onion-tomato paste along with the powders
- Fry until oil separates
- Add chole and salt and 2 cups of water. Allow to boil
- When it starts to boil, add paneer and cook until it break downs
