Rice - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
Salt
Oil
Preparation method
- Soak rice in water for 2-3 hours
- Grind grated coconut into a fine paste
- Add soaked rice and grind to a fine paste
- The batter should have a consistency of buttermilk. So, add water as required and mix
- Make dosas!
