Crepes


Ingredients
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Eggs - 2 nos
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 2 tbsp (softened)


Preparation method

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs
  • Gradually add the milk and water and continue whisking
  • Add surgar, salt and butter. Beat until smooth
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat
  • Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter onto the griddle. Spread batter to make a thin crepe.
  • Cook the crepe for until the bottom is light brown. Filp to cook the other side

Note: Spread Nutella on the crepes and top with bananas mixed in honey
Note: You can make chocolate crepes by adding 2 tsp of Cocoa
