Tindora Chutney


Ingredients
Tindora - 50 g (cut into pieces)
Oil - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 chopped (small)
Tomato - 1 chopped
Dry Red Chillies - 4-5 nos
Salt as needed


Preparation Method

  • Heat oil and fry Cumin seeds until brown
  • Add dried red chillies and fry for a minute
  • Add onion and fry until transparent
  • Add chopped tindora and fry for 2-3 minutes
  • Add tomato and fry for 3-4 minutes
  • Cool completely, add salf and grind into fine paste
