Ingredients
Tindora - 50 g (cut into pieces)
Oil - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 chopped (small)
Tomato - 1 chopped
Dry Red Chillies - 4-5 nos
Salt as needed
Preparation Method
- Heat oil and fry Cumin seeds until brown
- Add dried red chillies and fry for a minute
- Add onion and fry until transparent
- Add chopped tindora and fry for 2-3 minutes
- Add tomato and fry for 3-4 minutes
- Cool completely, add salf and grind into fine paste
