Ingredients
Chicken - 1 kg (small pieces)
Onions - 2 nos finely chopped
Garlic - 4-5 nos (chopped and crushed)
Ginger - 1 inch piece (chopped and crushed)
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Tomatoes - 1 cup finely chopped
Curry leaves - 6-10 nos
Veg oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - As reqd
Prepartion Method
Chicken - 1 kg (small pieces)

Prepartion Method
- Heat the oil and fry the finely chopped onions, curry leaves, garlic and ginger.
- Add the powders and cook for 5 minutes
- Add the tomatoes and salt to taste. Cook for a 5 minutes
- Add in the chicken pieces and stir. Cover the vessel and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add water and stir regularly, The final preparation should be dry
