Ingredients
Oil - 1/4 cupCumin seeds - 1 tsp
Cloves - 3-4
Cinnamon sticks - 1 inch
Onion - 2 cups (chopped 1/2 inch)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
Chili powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Curds - 1/4 cup (drained)
Cream - 2 tbsp
Preparation method
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, cloves and cinnamon. Fry for a few seconds
- Add onion and fry until brown
- Add ginger garlic paste. Fry for 2 mins or so
- Add powders and fry for a min. Do not burn
- Add chicken and salt. Fry in medium-low heat until all water has evaporated
- Add curds and cook for 3-5 mins
- Add ground spinach. Cook for 3-5 mins
- Add 1 cup boiling water and cook for 10-15 mins
- Remove from head and add cream
