Coriander leaves chutney

Ingredients

Toor daal - 1 tbsp
Urad daal - 1 tbsp
Red chili - 2
Green chili - 2
Corriander leaves - 3 cups
Tamarind - 1/2 lime size

Preparation method


  1. Add a little oil to pan. Toast toor daal, urad daal and red chili in low heat for 2-3 mins. Do not allow to burn. Keep aside to cool
  2. Add a little oil to pan. Fry green chili and coriander leaves in low heat for 3-4 mins. Do not allow to burn. Keep aside to cool
  3. Remove any seeds and veins from tamarind
  4. Grind urad, toor, red chili, green chili and coriander leaves with salt and tamarind
  5. Make a tadka of mustards, urad, red chili, curry leaves and hing and add to chutney
