Ingredients
Raw banana - 2 or Potatoes 2Paneer - 1/4 - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1/2 (finely chopped ... about 1/2 cup)
Corrinader leaves - 2 tbsp
Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
Besan - 2 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Cashews - 4-5 (chopped)
Green chili - 2-3 (chopped)
Salt
Preparation method
- Boil raw banana or potatoes in salted water for 12-15 mins. Peel and grate
- Saute onions until soft
- Add green chilis. Cook until onions are light brown
- Mix all ingredients. Make lime-size balls
- Heat oil. Coat kofta in besan and deep fry until golden brown
