Ingredients
Shallots - 1 cup (coarsely ground)Tomato - 2-3 (ground to paste)
Chicken - 1 kg
Sambar powder - 2 tbsp
Chili powder - 2 tbsp
Salt
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Paste
Cloves - 2-3
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Ginger - 1/2 inches
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Preparation method
- Heat 2-4 tbsp of oil
- Add onion paste. Cook in medium heat until brown
- Add chicken and cook for 15-20 mins in low-med heat until water evaporates
- Add tomato paste and a little sale. Cook until raw smell goes
- Add ground paste and salt. Cook for 20-25 mins
