Ingredients
Red chilli - 5
Onion - 2 (thin long slices)
Tomato - 1 (diced)
Garlic - 4 cloves
Tamarind paste - 1/4 tsp
Salt
Preparation Method
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry red chilli for a minute or so
 - Fry onion in medium heat until golden brown or mushy
 - Add tomatoes and fry until tomatoes are cooked
 - Allow to cool
 - Grind tomato and onion fry along with Garlic, Tamarind paste and salt
 - Add tadka with red chili, mustard seeds, curry leaves and urad daal
