Ingredients
Graham crackers - 15 crushed
butter - 2 tbsp (softended/melted)
Cream cheese - 32 oz
White sugar - 1 1/2 cups
Milk - 3/4 cup
Eggs - 4
Sour cream - 1 cup (i.e. 8 oz)
Vanilla extract - 1 tbsp
All-purpose flour - 1/4 cup
Preparation MethodPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform panMix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl. Flatten the mix onto bottom of pan
Mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth
Blend in milk
Then mix the eggs one at a time just enough to mix
Mix in sour cream, vanilla and flour until smooth
Pour mix into the pan
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour
Turn the oven off and let cake cool in oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours to prevent cracking
