Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 8-10 leaves
Green chili - 6 (slit length wise)
Red chili - 4
Onion - 1 large ... 1 cup after chopping (chopped to medium pieces)
Tomato - 3 nos ... 2 cups after dicing (diced)
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp

Preparation Method
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. Allow to splutter
- Add curry leaves, green chili and red chili. Saute for a minute
- Add onion, turmeric powder and saute until translucent
- Add tomato, salt. Cook for a couple of minutes
- Add asafoetida and Chili powder. Cook until tomato is mushy. Add water if needed
- Add coriander leaves and turn of heat
