Ingredients
Chicken - 2 lbs
Onion - 1 cup (finely chopped)
Garlic - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 (1/2 inch dices)
Curry leaves - 20-25
Green chili - 5-6 (finely chopped)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Rock salt - 1 tsp
Lemon - 1/2
Salt - as required
Preparation method
- Heat oil. Add curry leaves and fry a little
- Add onion and fry for 2-3 mins
- Add green chili and garlic. Fry for 2-3 mins
- Add tomatoes and fry for 2-3 mins.
- Add pepper powder and turmeric powder
- Add rock salt and chicken. Fry for 2-3 mins
- Add lemon juice and 1/4 cup water. Cook covered until done
