Ingredients
White chocolate - 300 gButter - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/3 cup
Vanilla extract - 2 tsp
Eggs - 2
Salt - 1/2 tsp
AP Flour - 1 2/3 cups
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Preparation Method
- Preheat oven to 320 degrees
- Melt chocolate, butter, sugar and milk in a double boiler. Allow to cool to room temperature. Takes about 30 mins
- Add vanilla and eggs to chocolate mixture and stir until well combined. Stir flours together in a large bowl. Add one cup of chocolate mixture to the flour and stir until a smooth paste forms.
- Sift AP flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing pan.
- Add a cup of chocolate mixture and mix well. Repeat this with one cup at a time until fully mixed
- Pour mixture into prepared 9 inch pan.
- Bake until done. Takes about 1 hour
