Paruppu Chutney

Ingredients
Toor daal - 1/4 cup
Red chilli - 5 nos
Garlic - 2 flakes
Grated Coconut - 1/2 tbsp
Tamarind paste - 1/4 tsp
Salt

Preparation Method
Fry toor daal and red chilli in a few drops of oil for a few minute until light brown
Allow to cool
Grind daal, red chilli, garlic, grated coconut and tamarind paste with salt until a smooth fine paste
