Ingredients
Chicken - 500gGinger paste - 1/2 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Green chili - 8-10
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder - 2 tsp (or 2 tsp Byadgi chili paste)
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato puree - 1/2 cup (1 tomato)
Red sauce (Indo-Chinese)
Green sauce (Indo-Chinese)
Lemon juice - 1/2 tbsp
Curds - 3 tbsp
Almond - 5-6 (powdered)
Cashew - 5-6 (powdered)
Cardamom - 2 (powdered)
Fried onion - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1/4 cup
Preparation method
- Add all ingredients and mix well. Marinate overnight
- Heat a vessel and add 1 tsp oil. Spread well
- Add marinated chicken with all marinate. Cook in high heat for 5 mins mixing well to avoid sticking
- Turn heat to low and cook covered until oil separates. Stir often
- Turn off heat and add chopped coriander leaves
